Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TopperMantra platform (website and mobile application), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or accessing under institutional supervision), and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Use of the Platform

TopperMantra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended educational purposes. You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes.
  • Not share your account credentials with others.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt platform services.
  • Not upload or share any content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, or violates any applicable law.

Institutional Accounts

Schools and coaching institutes enrolling students on TopperMantra act as the primary account holder. The institution is responsible for ensuring that students use the platform in compliance with these terms and applicable regulations.

Institutions must have a minimum of 50 enrolled students under the School Plan. Custom plans are available for institutions with different requirements — contact our sales team for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the TopperMantra platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, session recordings, study materials, and software — is the exclusive property of Topper Mantra or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, or distribute any platform content without explicit written permission from Topper Mantra.

Payment & Subscriptions

  • All subscription fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Subscriptions are valid for one academic year from the date of activation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Topper Mantra reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

TopperMantra provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topper Mantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
